New Victory Hall Project Team
The Trustees have appointed a sub-committee ‘the Building Project Team’ to take responsibility for the project on their behalf (working with the architect and QS).
The Project Management Team comprises:
- Trustee Project Co-ordinator (empowered to make decisions within an approved remit)
- Architect
- Quantity Surveyor
- Trustee Project Financial Controller
- Construction and Design Manager
- Main Contractor Representative
- Environmental Consultant
- Technical Consultant for Straw Construction elements
