Alcohol and Catering

The Trustees do not have a licence to sell alcohol on the premises. In certain circumstances, and with the prior approval of the Booking Secretary, users can bring their own alcohol onto the premises for personal consumption. Hirers that wish to sell alcohol on the premises must first confirm this with the Booking Secretary and then either obtain a licence themselves or use an outside provider who has a licence.

The hall does not provide a catering service so hirers must make their own arrangements if so required. The Bookings Secretary can provide sample menus from some suggested catering firms on request.

Hirers are free to utilise any outside catering service or properly accredited Licensee of their choice.
